Exclusive Club is no ordinary site. In fact, it's extraordinary from a medical fetish point of view. For anyone into naughty nurses, medical roleplay, close-up and personal gyno examinations and clinical pussy probings, this site is your access to some of the hottest around.

I remember reviewing this site a few years ago, which is a great sign considering how many sites I see in a given year. ExclusiveClub is nothing if not very memorable. When I access the members' area, it doesn't look like they've made the layout any more organized that the last time I saw the site, but I'm not complaining because the content areas are well marked and even if a few extra navigational features wouldn't hurt the site, the exciting nurses and examinations are fairly easy to find by using the model index, entering the exam rooms or solo model galleries, checking out the vault and top ratings. Nevertheless, this opinion only applies to newer content. The vault contains different categories of photos and the organization within each looks old and dated. Of course, it is a vault that contains the older content.

Exclusive Club is a little bit more than a fetish site. It's also a bit of a community for enthusiasts who want to take part in the site. There is a blog, although this is more populated by descriptions of the updates than anything else. The message board isn't bursting with member activity, but those that run the site keep things up-to-date. There are general discussions, but threads about updates, as well as announcements and shooting ideas appear to be very active.

Photos are a big part of the site and you'll find 69 sets of exam photos, 70 solo model sets and 232 sets in the vault. The number of pictures in a set can vary widely. Of the five newest sets, one contains nearly 200 pictures, another 71 photos and another set only offers 12 images. The amount in a set may not be consistent, but the quality is unfailing. Photos can be viewed online and you can save individual 2000x1340 pictures, but there are also Zip files so you can save favourite sets. Solo girl photos are just that - pictures of individual models showing off their sexy bodies and peeling open their pussy lips for a close up view. Outside of the vault, content from 2009 to the present is offered in HD, but movies prior to the high-definition switch are 1580kbps, 720x480 quality Windows Media Videos and while not as fantastic as the HD WMV (5000kbps, 1280x720) versions, they are still worth downloading. Most episodes are around 20 to 25 minutes long, which is more than ample time for a full physical exam. However, despite different types of probings, the doctor does run a gyno clinic and you'll find plenty of speculum play, as well as dildo therapy. One thing of note, though - download speeds are hardly as fast as claimed, but files hover around 900MB and I really didn't find them to be any slower than any other site.

Exclusive Club offers a really specific niche and even if I like the doctor/patient roleplay and naughty nurse aspects of the site, there is a much more intense focus on gyno examinations and all the deep and kinky thrill that goes along with it. Fetishists are likely to really enjoy this site, even I remember it from a few years ago and this is saying something because I really can't, off the top of my head, think of another site like Exclusive Club. There are weekly updates and even if the organization, particularly in the vault, could be improved, the price is great and the site offers sexy babes and one gyno fetish thrill after another.
